I am a creative dreamer.
It makes me happy to create pretty designs that work! A perfectionist at heart, I focus on detail, and double check finished work. Everything must be visually appealing, and technically correct – it must be just right!
I believe in integrity, business ethics, and client confidentiality. It's very important to me to build lasting relationships with my clients. To achieve this, I aim to provide excellent service and products of superb quality. My goal is to fulfill my clients’ needs, and exceed their expectations.
Above all else, I strive to do all my work in Love. - Jeanette Green, AngelJay
AngelJay is a dream that was born in the heart of a little girl. As a five year old, I reasoned, “One day when I’m big, I must work from home, so that I can take care of my kids. Maybe I can start a business or something.”
Before I reached high school, I decided graphic design was the perfect career path to help me fulfill my dream. I worked hard to build up a good portfolio, and was accepted to study Graphic Design at Tshwane University of Technology. My dream received its name during my student years. AngelJay was the combination of the names Jeanette and Angelique, and a key to my personal healing journey.
After graduating, I worked as a designer at a small printing company for two years. In 2001, difficult circumstances forced me to take the leap into self-employment. With only a PC and determination born out of need, I registered AngelJay Designs cc, and started trading from my bedroom in my parents home. I am so grateful for my parents’ support that was always (and still is) a huge encouragement through struggling years.
Fast forward nearly two decades, and here I am today, living my dream. I am a work-from-home mom to my special needs fur-kids. My amazing husband motivates me, inspires me to grow, and helps with admin and to brainstorm, when he has a free moment.
It is only by God’s grace that AngelJay (trading as a sole proprietor since 2018) still continues, after facing many crippling challenges over the years. All glory to Jesus for His guidance, provision, and strength that sustain us.
Give us a chance to show you what we can do!
